Below are the requirements for “The Kasey Program”. If there are any concerns with meeting these requirements please contact us, as it may be possible to make exceptions.
Site specifications for a performance
Ř Performance area: 15 ft. wide, 15 ft. deep. This does not need to be elevated but can be placed on a stage if available at the venue.
Ř Availability to set up 60 minutes prior to performance time if our sound system is needed and 30 minutes prior if no sound system setup is needed.
Ř (1) separate (20 amp) 110 electrical circuits power within 100 ft.
Ř All equipment needed ie., sound system etc. supplied by “The Kasey Program” unless otherwise noted between the venue and “The Kasey Program”
Ř Power at site is the responsibility of the venue
Performance information:
Ř Approximately 45-60 minutes performance time
Cost:
Ř The Kasey Program is sponsored by Koorsen Fire and Security. Donations to the program to assist in the expense to make us available are appreciated.
Ř Any travel expenses incurred by “The Kasey Program” will be the responsibility of the requesting party as agreed upon prior to confirmation of the request.
